The bottom paint was just re-done this spring and this boat has been stored indoors for the past eleven years. The owner does regular maintenance on the boat himself. This boat shows excellent and pride of ownership is seen throughout. All canvas and isinglass are in good condition as is the bridge vinyl seating. All teak woodwork is spectacular and has been sanded and teak oiled and the grain shows magnificently. No soft spots are present on this boat's fore deck and cockpit.
