Reducing price because I need the cash. So much boat for the $$. 28' Uniflite Salty Dog, 1973. Twin counter rotating V8 Chrysler 318s with fresh water cooling. Starboard motor has 310 hrs, port motor has new long block by Atlantic Marine with 20hrs. Fall 2013, new shafts, props, impellers, manifolds, risers, elbows, carbs, electronic ignition packs on both motors, and bottom painted with Petit. Desirable hardtop model, built like a tank. New (never been used) Thetford portable head in enclosed private compartment, v berth and kitchenette below. Furuno 1850 C-Map color chartplotter/sounder, VHF, on board battery charger, 30 gals fresh water, twin 70 gal side tanks for fuel (serviced and cleaned last fall as well). Needs minor cosmetic attention, but ready to fish or cruise. Uniflite built ultra-strong, fast and efficient boats for fishing and cruising. Constructed of fire-retardant fiberglass with foam coring, with fiberglass stringers, it is a tank. BLISTER-FREE, made before Hetron additive to FRP in the late 70s. One aft and one forward stateroom, easily sleeps six. Main cabin sofa folds out into bed. All electric galley with full size refrigerator (AC/DC), microwave, stove and oven, pressurized fresh water system, fire suppression system; fiberglass hull with teakwood interior, deck carpet and canvas in great shape, blue canvas with extra set of canvas (black); windlass, battery charger, spotlight, full stereo system, 13' color TV. Many extras. Boat is fully self-contained. Recent tune-up on both engines, runs great. Last bottom job in December 2009. Have all paper work and manuals on boat. Must see to appreciate.
