My vessel "Teak For Two" is a semi-production 26 foot diesel power driven vessel built by Bayfield of Canada in 1989. Her beam is 8'6" and her draft is 3'. She was designed primarily for use on inland and near-coastal waters. The interior of the vessel consists of a small main cabin with a v-berth, partial galley, and head. Her cabin sole is constructed of teak plywood and the majority of the interior finishes arefabric liners and teak. There are cushions on all bunks, which are in very good condition. She has overnight accommodations for 2 people and ample storage room. She is constructed with one marine head and a USCG approved MSD type 3 sanitary system. The boat has a galley with a sink, and non-electrical insulated ice box refrigerator. Her water supply is fed from a 15 gallon water tank, which is manually pumped in the galley by a hand operated pump. She is as a whole constructed using quality workmanship and marine grade materials throughout. The main construction material in her hull, deck, and superstructure is fiberglass. The deck and superstructure of the vessel are constructed utilizing core material, which was assembled in typical sandwich construction for composite materials. This was done to minimize the weight of the vessel while maintaining her strength. She is powered by a single 155HP Volvo diesel engine that is easy to maintain and starts right up. The engine has 262 hours on the newer gauge, but is reported to have a total of approximately 950 hours. She is equipped vhf radio and depth finder. A new raised cockpit bimini top for standup height piloting with full enclosure and a cockpit mooring cover. She has a teak swim platform and cockpit cushions. She is joy to own and operate. I can and would be happy to email a copy of her most recent and extensive marine survey done in April of 2014 that concluded her current market value is approximately $60,000 and her replacement value (new) is $210,000. Thanks for looking!!!!! She is currently berthed in Bay Head, NJ
