This 1976 Ericson 35 is in good overall condition for her age. All systems are in good operating condition and the Atomic 4 diesel engine is in good condition and runs well, the owner confirms. Hours are unknown. There are no service records. Stock #245799 Great condition Ericson! New bottom job, new batteries, 1.5 years left on FULLY PAID, transferable slip!! This is a 1976 Ericson 35 designed by Bruce King. There were 500 of these vessels made up until 1981. These are very well-made boats with thick fiberglass hulls. They are very capable boats, you can sail the coast or around the world. This Ericson 35 an excellent choice for any sailor. The Ericson 35 is very roomy throughout the interior. Mostly mahogany but also teak wood is used. A good amount of storage is available and she is equipped with 25 gallons of freshwater. There is a head, shower and an offset dinette for sharing meals. This is a great family cruising boat and is priced very well. The sellers are motivated so please don't delay in calling us. This market is extremely brisk and this Ericson 35 will not be around long! Reason for selling is not using anymore.

Outfitted with what you need to roam this blue world! This 1988 Irwin is a one-of-a-kind cruising boat with wonderful live-aboard accommodations. You will be thrilled to call the Irwin home whether it's full-time or just for a weekend get-away. If you are an avid sailor, this Irwin 54 will bring you plenty of great memories as you explore the waters. A veteran of New Port Ensenada and SF to Hawaii races. Beautiful galley below equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, microwave and stovetop. The Irwin has a Sun Pure water maker and full-size washer and dryer. There is an 8 KW generator, the owners have added 1500 watts of solar, plus (2) 2500 watt inverters.
