1981 C&C 37 This classic C&C 37 is located in Newport RI. With a recently (2001) Awlgripped hull and new (2013) standing rigging, this C&C is oneof the more competitively priced models on the market. With enough winches (12) to make anyone's time on board that much easier this boat is rigged for anything. You can race her competitively or just enjoy the spacious cabin below and go cruising just about anywhere. Powered by a Westerbeke diesel that has always been well maintained, and the fin keel to make turning in tight spaces a snap, you should have no problem getting into (or out of) the harbor of your choice. Plenty of sail inventory too. Main, Jib, 150 Genoa and spinnaker for all points of sale and a Hood Sea Furl 2 for easy single handling, you are getting plenty of boat for your money. There's also a second standard Genoa available. Down below there is sleeping accommodations for 6. The galley with a 3 burner propane stove is to starboard and nav station and quarter berth to port. Looking forward a large dinette provides ample space for a good size crew. Further forward to port is the marine head and sink, with the large well cushioned V berth forward of that. There is plenty of storage room and twin Dorades for ventilation. She comes with shore power capability. In addition to all of the above you can save money over shrink wrapping with a Fairclough cover and frame. This is a great example of the design effort that went into this very popular cruiser/racer. She is shown by appointment only.
