The C&C 35 has been updated over the years, but the seller needs to move on. The owner has had dingy davits installed and solar charging added.
The hull finish is nicely updated as well. Buyer will need to furnish their own house and starting batteries. More that the davits were bent during haulout.
The full enclosure is in good shape and offers great protection from the elements.

This C&C has had a lot of work done recently. The owner has spent over 20K doing work and upgrades. These boats are built like tanks and can take you where you want to go.
The dinghy and batteries do not convey with the boat and the boat is priced for an "as is, where is" sale.
The full enclosure is very nice for those rainy and chilly days. The cockpit is a good size for you and your guests!
