Boat is in nice shape needs a good cleaning and the wood could be refinished but it is there and in good shape. It has a couch that turns into a bed a dinette that converts to a bed and a V-berth bed. A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen has a 110 volt fridge a propane stove and oven and a sink. Boat has lots of storage and drawers through out the boat. Has a heat and air condition unit that needs the water pump replaced uses lake water to heat and cool. has a upper deck that you drive from that has a marine radio, GPS, and fish finder. There is no trailer with the boat. It was professionally winterized last fall and shrink wrapped in dry storage in Au Gres Michigan. The boat has twin 220 V-8 crusader motors with velvet drives runs excellent boat was in water and used all last summer is great for a weekend getaway and way cheaper than a cabin. The upper deck is great for cruising and seeing things also nice to sit up there and relax with a great view around you. There are no leaks in the boat very solid a few spider cracks around some of the rail bases and small chips on top of deck but doesn't leak.

Arrangement for pick up of the boat can be made by phone or in person. Purchase has to be made by certified check or cash. The 1984 foot Thompson Cabin Cruiser has a mid-berth and V-berth in the bow area. The boat has a 260 hp. V8 Mercruiser, Bennett Trim Tabs, alcohol stove, A/C-D/C frigerator, 30 gallon fresh water tank, portapot, shower, depth finder, vhf radio, anchor pulpit, radio/cassette player, new swim platform with new ladder, new pin striping, new power stearing unit, new hemp rope rub railing around the complete circumference of the boat and Shoreline Trailer. If a seller wanted to they could install a five gallon water heater; there is a space available next to the shower-kitchen sink area for that purpose but no other owner has done so. These heaters are available in the West Marine Catalog. The boat is located in De Tour Village which is in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Iam the third owner of this boat. Up for sale is a 1985 Searay Sundancer model 270 with almost 30 foot length and a 10 foot beam. It is powered by twin 190 HP I4 engines (very economical). The condition is good for its age and needs nothing. All electronics are working. Both engines have been replaced and drives have been rebuilt. I will also throw in 3 tubes and 2 extra props. Nice looking boat for sale. Runs strong. Very powerful, roomy, and comfortable. Comes with a nice galvanized trailer.This boat is ready for water! Tons of fun. Good for just hanging out on the water, long cruises, tubing, fishing, or whatever else you feel like doing on the water!This boat is powered by a 454 Mercruiser/Chevy coupled to a bravo 1 drive. The engine was rebuilt professionally two years ago. The performance speaks for itself. Totally reliable, low hours. All hydraulics are flawless.The batteries are very strong. Starts right up and you can run the radio for hours without a problem (two battery system).The hull is in really good shape. Only 482 hours on it, with many many more to come. The side paint is perfect. The white is actually white.The interior of the cab is in good shape. Everything works. Will sleep 4 easily. Has screens to fit all the windows. Has two sleeping areas, with one convertible to seat at least 6. Has a microwave, a range top, a fridge, a sink, a radio, and an additional 115 volt outlet. The bathroom is perfectly clean. It has a mirror, a sink, a toilet, and a window. The deck is in good shape. Two seating benches, one laying bench (could also be used for seating), and the driver seat. Really roomy! The deck area has its own radio installed, which sounds really good. Has a lot of storage areas under and next to the seats. Also has a shower head there.The swim platform is very clean. It is a textured fiberglass with a nice folding ladder.The stern on this boat is absolutely huge. You can fit many people on there for sun bathing. It is all textured and railed. It ends with a long nose, extending two feet with the anchor in the front.The boat does not have any of its covers. I have used a tarp the cover it for storage, but you can get a custom bimini top for it or a full cover for a few hundred dollars.The trailer is a galvanized tandem axle trailer. It tows really nicely. It has surge brakes that work. The lights all work, and the winch is a two speed winch that makes launching and docking a real breeze!Feel free to ask any questions I did not answer.
