Complete removal of the interior for refit replacement, have all new and old interior parts, over 14 drawers all stained and poly lacquer sprayed, new sub floors, 3 new stainless steel water tanks for below floor, new s.s. bow rail, binnacle helm and sails are original along with Kelly green dodger but no frame. Bulkheads are original as is the built-in counters, V-berth area is mostly intact along with plumbing and old wiring or designe it with your own layout, lookup a Cal 36 on Yachtworld's listings, they have 12 to 16 at most times to get ideas on layout versions. Engine was removed and junked, again you may find an engine or add an outboard on a transom bracket. This sloop would make a comfortable and inexpensive live aboard as you complete the interior to your liking.
