16ft. Herreshoff Gemini fiberglass sailboat. This sailboat is inexcellant condition and has all of its original gelcoat finish. It was only dry sailed on the weekends in fresh water and stored covered inside during the winter. It comes with new sails and boom tent. The boat is fast and easy to sail and rig. It has two leeward boards tthat retract underneath the seats which gives you more room in the cockpit. You don't have to climb over a centeboard. The Shipmate trailer is also in excellant condition with buddy bearings and jackstand.

One look into the huge floor plan of the Cape Horn 22OS and you realize it is something special. Flip up the front seat and you can step down into the center console with 5‘4″ of headroom and standard manual flush toilet. The huge 40 gal. live well behind the leaning post will make sure you never run out of bait. The aft cockpit boasts one of the largest work stations of any other in this size class. It has plenty of room for multiple anglers to go toe to toe without getting in each others way. The European non-skid pattern molded into the floor is quite unique in it’s oval type pattern. The removable cooler with top cushion is a nice optional addition if more seating or cooler space is a must. Add the front bow cushion to create a relaxing spot when your ready for a break. All veteran anglers will appreciate the 27 rod holders located where you need them. Rod boxes in the sides allow for (4) more rods to be in storage. The step-up in the bow makes throwing a cast-net easy and also adds the space for a huge storage box forward.

Strong sailer.  Full batten main & Genoa (both Pope, 2003), smaller Genoa, dodger, and sail cover are all in good condition. Lazy jacks and jiffy reefing on main. 12-hp Westerbeke inboard diesel effortlessly powers the boat at 5-6 knots. cruiser. Spacious cabin interior. Well appointed family cruiser. Classic bronze fittings. Marine toilet and holding tank recently added. Forward starboard berth customized with extended sleeping area to accommodate even someone 6'7" -able to stretch out full length. Custom bow eye, bow plate, anchor mount, and chocks.  Brightwork maintained annually. Stern swim ladder with gate. 1986 Cape Dory Open Fisherman ****Certain Trades Considered**** The Cape Dory 28 Open Fisherman is a classic Down East bass-style fishing boat that combines simple elegance with a spacious cockpit and comfortable cabin accommodations. Power comes from a single inboard. The boat’s semi-displacement hull has a full keel and plenty of beam, almost 10 feet. The bow is tall, and a gently sweeping sheer leads to the wide, rounded transom. The large, open cockpit is a step down from the raised bridge deck. The helm station is to starboard, which makes for good sightlines. There’s a pedestal seat, with a companion to port, a full console for gauges and electronics. The two-step companionway is on centerline. Below, the accommodations are complete for a couple. The V-berth, which converts to a dinette, sleeps two with an insert, and there’s a hanging locker and shelf space. The head compartment is to port, amidships, and it’s arranged with a marine head, sink and shower. The compact cruising galley to starboard has a stove, an under-the-counter ice box and a sink with hot and cold water. Cape Dory was known for its joinery work, and there’s lots of teak below, giving the boat a traditional look
