2006 Carver 33 Super Sport
Fresh Bottom with new props and shafts!!!
Carver introduced this sporty cruiser (called the 33 Super Sportin an effort to recapture some of the entry-level boaters the company had forfeited in previous years with their move into the big-boat market. She was the smallest model in the Carver fleet, and while not inexpensive, the 33 did offer the features boaters were looking for in a smaller flybridge cruiser. Chief among her attributes is a spacious and exceedingly comfortable interior. The large, full-beam salon maximizes interior volume and a convertible dinette, nicely equipped galley (with upright refrigerator and Corian counter), and a separate stall shower in the head make this a very livable boat for the cruising family. In the cockpit, molded side deck steps and molded bridge steps make getting around the Super Sport easy. A transom door opens to an extended swim platform deep enough to carry a dinghy.
Additional features include a large engine room (reached via a hatch in the salon sole), generous cabin storage, radar arch, and good helm visibility both fore and aft. Crusader 320hp gas engines cruise at 18 knots (26--28 knots top.)
