The diesel Carver 404 Cockpit offers comfortable accommodations, novel features, and has been well maintained and kept only in fresh water. This mini yacht is very well planned out and has a desirable design. It is very remarkably open and spacious with a salon that features and entertainment center, an 'L-Shaped' leather couch with recliners and a bucket chair. The roomy gourmet galley features a real oven, microwave, and many other appliances that you would find in your home. The full size dinette can comfortably accommodate six and can be converted to a sizable sleeping area that sleeps two. The private staterooms feature their own private enclosed heads and vanities. Access the master stateroom aft, featuring a queen berth, ensuite head with separate shower stall. It opens to the aft cockpit through large sliding doors (your own private balcony).Cockpit offers excellent fishing or diving platforms and are easy to board. The cockpit leads to the aft deck via a unique spiral staircase. The aft deck is great for entertaining with wicker chairs and dinner table, along with a wet bar and ice maker.
