Great boat in need of some cosmetics. Twin Throttle Body Fuel injected 454's. Engines, transmissions run well. Meters show less than 300 hours since overhaul Kohler generator 2 Marine A/C units, one rebuilt and one NEW Refrigerator 2 Heads, aft has stall shower Stereo Anchor Windless Radar 2 TV's Bottom just cleaned, diver reports bottom and bottom paint in great shape. All exterior canvas should be replaced, and the back deck carpet. Helm seat are in good shape. Interior carpet is in OK shape but stained. Maybe it can be steamed cleaned. Interior dinette cushions need recovering. Forward vee has nice cushions but are water stained from hatch, maybe they can be cleaned or just recover them. You can use and/or live on this boat while cleaning it up. In nice condition this boat could list for over 60k. If you like doing cosmetics this is a great boat to consider. It is a boat, so plan on fixing this or that...I repeat, it's a boat.... If you plan on keeping the boat where it is at the slip is about $450 a month. For Sale As-Is, Where-Is Only. 1995 Carver 355 Aft Cabin $74,900 The Carver 355 Aft Cabin is one of the most sought after motor yachts because of the 2 cabin layout. You have a sleeping area in the front which is comparable to all motor yachts that easily sleeps 2, but with the 355 aft cabin you also get a full cabin in the back. You have 2 bathrooms a smaller bathroom in the front that most guests use and a larger rear bathroom off the back cabin. The living area has a leather sofa, large flat screen TV, blue ray dvd and stereo. This Carver 355 is in excellent shape well cared for and well maintained. You will not find a cleaner boat then this anywhere. It is hard to find a Carver 355 for under 75K some go for over 100K. We priced it to sell fast. Interior The interior has been completely updated to new contemporary fabrics and neutral colors, with custom drapery and carpet. The 360 degree windows let lots of light into the cabin and the high ceiling and head room makes the boat feel way more spacious than any other boat in its class. We have a privacy screen and full window cover for the large 360 windows to block out sunlight when not in use. The kitchen has a full size yacht refrigerator and a gas stove. New microwave and a Keurig coffee pot. There is lots of cabinet space for dishes both over the sink and under the sink and stove. So everything stays nice and tidy. The dinette has plenty of room for 4, storage space under the seating and can be lowered down into a bed for extra sleeping space. Inside the cabin is in excellent shape, there is a few items we were going to update but just for cosmetic purposes. You will not find a cleaner, neater cabin in a boat this age anywhere. It is awesome. Exterior Outside on the deck we have replaced all of the Canvas and used the highest end glass available. On the flydeck where you drive there is room to seat 6 people. Everything is in above average shape. With the new canvas and clear windows you can drive the boat year round. It keeps the wind off you and you can see out with no problem to drive. On the back covered deck we have new (last year) stainless steel marine chairs to seat 4 that will stay with the boat. There is a wetbar and ice maker we use as a refrigerator for our drinks so we don't have to go down into the cabin to refill. The covered deck has all new canvas and glass, it is fully enclosed and has side doors that shut that lead to the front of the boat. A great place to eat and hang out. You stay dry if it is raining and you stay cool out of the sun if it is hot. Down the steps on the back of the boat we have a full storage locker for all of the water toys you bring with you on the boat and a built in remote for the stereo so you do not have to go back up to the cabin to change songs, stations or volume. A swim platform with ladder gives you plenty of room to hang out on the back of the boat and swim, the storage locker doubles as a seat to hang out on. The boat has access through clear side doors off the covered deck on both sides of the boat that lead to the front of the boat. The bow of the boat is huge it has nice stainless steel railing and slip proof paint. We have a pair of bow chairs that sit right on the bow and recline with arm rest that were new last season that will go with the boat. We spend a lot time sitting up front reading and watching the sunset. Others at the marina who have driven it always comment on how easy it is to get it to do what they want it to do. We usually just drive leisurely out to the cove but the boat can get up and go if you want it too, it will cruise at over 20 mph. If you do not have experience with a boat this big, drive it once or twice and you are all set. We have the boat maintained by a marine service company, the oil was changed late season and all the consumables were replaced like impellers, filters ect. The generator was serviced mid year by the local A/C and generator service guy. We had the boat pulled out of the water and the bottom painted 2 years ago and they did a touch up mid last year, so it is almost new bottom paint. We have marine detailers clean the boat for us every 6-8 weeks so it stays clean and in top shape. This boat is ready to go and does not require anything extra to have a good time. You can have a boat of your dreams for less than some new pontoon boats. Those who know boats know that Carver is one of the best names in the business. We are including free dock space until our dock rent runs out in April, so you can buy it and leave it until April or take over our spot at Concord Marina.
