1980 Catalina 30 Tall Rig is the Fin Keel with 5.3-foot draft. The boat is ready to go, rigged for single handed sailing, solid, dry and well maintained. 6'-2" head clearance below and sleeps up to 6-7 people (4 to 5 is more reasonable). I'm the third owner of this fresh water, Lake Michigan/Green Bay boat. This 30 foot boat has a huge beam of nearly 11'. Great interior space, nicely equipped and ready for fast sale - First $10,000 takes it. 2015: New main sail cover, rebedded deck hardware, refinished brightwork (could use some touch ups now, but still pretty good), new curtains, 2 speakers in cockpit. 2016: All new lines except the Genoa sheet lines.
