We have a well kept 1978 Catalina 27/SL Masthead Sloop sailboat for sale. The boat has been regularly maintained and sailed to/from Los Angeles all the way down to Mexico. This boat is fully equipped and ready to sail this summer. Some of the extras on this vessel include:-Racing Sails-Roller Furling-Extra Set of Racing Sails-Bimini Top-Custom Outboard Kicker-Inboard to Outboard Swap-Yamaha 4hp Motor(Very Reliable)-Bottom Paint Done 1 1/2 Ago-New Holding Tank and Fittings-Marine VHF Radio-Bottom Recently Cleaned-New Rope and Cordage or Docking/Anchoring-Mainsail Cover-Extra Fuel Tanks and Direct Motor Fuel Line-Life Jackets and Extra Gear-Tiller ExtenderAll paperwork is included with this vessel including the title, insurance and inspection. The boat is registered until December of 2017. The boat is 100% ready to sail, we sail the boat weekly right out of San Diego Harbor. The only reason we are selling, is we are moving up to a larger boat. The interior and exterior of the vessel is largely original with the exception of exterior painting. The only work I see this boat needing is some minor electrical work for navigation lights and top paint/top wood finish in the next couple years. We've only sailed during the day, so it hasn't been required for us.
