Very desirable Catalina 310. Very tasteful and luxurious interior with full width aft stateroom and v-berth. Cockpit cushions, dodger and bimini with zip in connection piece. Excellent condition in and out - pictures on this listing were taken fall of 2015. Boat has been used only as a daysailer with no overnighting or cooking on it over it's life. Fully freshwater boat used only in the short MN seasons.
Boat is on Lake Minnetonka - very easily transported if desired. Owner would be willing to vacate an extremely desirable slip at the Shorewood Yacht Club.
I own a 1986 Catalina Sailboat with a Swing Keel, Pop Top Cabin and inboard Universal 10HP Diesel Engine all newly serviced with new starter at the Landings Marina in good condition. Kitchen, Bathroom and Sleeping facility - All new pads inside and out. I am 75 years old and not able to sail it alone anymore or do the necessary basic maintenance required and have over $8000 in the boat since I have owned it.It will sleep 5-6 and has all appliances and fresh water tank. The mainsail is in excellent condition and I have an almost new North Sail Genoa with a rollup as a jib. New Seat pads inside and out.I would like $4500 or best offer- I paid $6000 last August and have put over $2000 in improvements since then. Improvements include new pads inside and out, complete diesel engine servicing including a new starter, installed a new Swing Keel Cable, new bilge pump and several other expenses.
