1979 Catalina 30 Sailboat. Roller Furling, Wheel steering, VHF, Auto pilot, GPS, Windless, built in refrigeration. U shape dinette, Original Alcohol stove on gimbal. Wood floor. Engine is an Atomic 4 that needs the install finished (exhaust, alignment, electric fuel pump & new shaft packing) Folding prop Newer canvas, 2 speed winches, Rigid boom-vang, traveler, adjustable backstay. Clean main and headsail Current registration - The bottom was cleaned on 12/29. The shaft sink was replaced, the strut sink is still good. The folding prop is like new no issues with the bottom (a couple of small dime sized blisters) The diver rated the bottom paint as good to fair. It still has some life to it.
