1987 Catalina C22, 1987 Catalina 22. New electrical circuit panel in 2016. New engine in 2015. New CDI Flexible furler in 2015. New 150 Genoa in 2013. Sails in excellent condition and always professionally cleaned every year. Everything rigged for single-hand sailing. No leaks, no issues. Always painted before being put in the water. I've owned the boat since 2005, second owner. Needs to be washed and it's ready to go! Trailer included in the price. Great boat for any experience level.
