1999 Catalina 36 MkII This Catalina 36 is in Fantastic Condition and feels like a much larger yacht. Her beam, generous cockpit, and open saloon give the impression that she is 40'. Yet she is priced much less than your typical 40 footer. "Minor Details" is nicely outfitted and represents a great value for both size and equipment. Current owner has made many upgrades and is the 2nd owner since purchasing in April of 2010. 1990 Catalina 30 MkII Perfect Day is a great family cruiser for weekend or week long voyages. With lots of great memories, the owner parts with this comfortable, easy to sail vessel. With a 155 roller-furling genoa, self-tailing winches, Captain’s bimini, stern seats, stereo speakers in the cockpit and full cockpit canvas, this vessel provides a relaxed, comfortable and easy-sail experience.Well maintained in good condition, Perfect Day is a great example of the Catalina 30, the most popular 30-foot sailboat ever produced. As a Mark II model, it features a T- cockpit (more convenient than the earlier Mark I's). This boat sails well in a blow, with 4800 lbs of ballast in the wing keel. She also moves well on light-air days, thanks to the optional tall rig, adding 2 feet to the mast height for additional sail area, amplified by the 155% genoa (in addition to a 110% jib.). With a shoal draft of only 3ft 10in, Perfect Day can explore shallower areas; and she can anchor in closer to the beach.
