This boat is in fair condition for its age. The entire boat could use good detailing. The seller asserts that all mechanical, electrical, and water systems are in proper working order. 2014 Epic 22 SC, Moving up to an offshore boat and can't justify having 2 so I'm parting ways with the bay boat.2014 Epic 22SC Purchased from Ron Hoover in Galveston. Freshly cleaned and ready for the fall flounder run! Lots of accessories to make catching fish and drinking beer as relaxing as possible. We use it as much for cruising around and watching fireworks as we do for fishing. Very family friendly layout without compromising fishability.NADA lists "Low Retail" as $37,150 for a 2013 (2014 wasn't coming up in their database for me) and that pricing does not include the trolling motor (not sure why they don't allow that configuration. . .) Boat is turnkey and rigged with plenty of extras.Stored on trailer in enclosed storage since purchase.Hull:~22.5' in length with an 8.5' beam utilizing all composite construction so no wood to rot.Uses vacuum infused resin to keep hull weight down to ~1,800 lbs. so it's easily trailerable by even some of the smaller unibody SUVs.Huge casting deck and dry ride due to Carolina Flair hull design. I fish 4 people regularly with no issues. 2 Live Wells with ProO2 Oxygen system from BAAD Marine on front well.Powder coated leaning post with 2 flip up jump seats & removable casting chair.Tons of dry storage with lockable rod holder & glove box.Mechanical:200 HP Suzuki 4 Stroke with stainless 3 blade prop mounted on 10" Jack Plate. Plenty of warranty left.Sea Star hydraulic steering with stainless steering wheel.Dual starting batteries with Perko Switch.Performance: 48 - 50 MPH with typical load. I've seen 55 when lightly loaded and water is smooth.Will cruise @ 30 getting ~4 MPG.Drafts 12" -- 14" depending on load.Trailer:EZ Loader aluminum tandem axle aluminum I-Beam trailer. All welded so no bolts to replace on the bunk supports.For some insane reason, the nice aluminum trailer came with drum brakes which promptly rusted out so I upgraded to Kodiak Stainless Steel disc brakes in January 2016.
