According to the Seller, This 2002 Chaparral is in excellent condition. The boat is well-cared for and always washed down after each use.
Recent upgrades in 2022 include:
- Bluetooth stereo and two batteries with a charging system.
- Two motor manifolds.
- A tilt guide for the outdrive.
- The engine had a full tune-up.
- Trailer guides guide poles.
- Trailer bearings serviced in 2020.
The technician performed the following work:
- Removed the exhaust risers, the battery, and the electrical panel.
- Removed the exhaust manifolds.- Drained the steering system.
- Installed a steering actuator.
- Installed exhaust manifolds with gaskets.
- Installed riser gaskets.
- Reinstalled the exhaust risers.
- Torqued the fittings and bolts to factory specifications.
- Refilled the steering system with new fluid and bled air from the system.
- Inspected and cleaned the gimbal ring.
- Installed a trim sender.
- Routed and installed the wiring.
- Installed a gimbal bearing.
- Installed driveshaft bellows.
- Installed drive mounting seals.
- Reinstalled the drive assembly.
- Installed a prop with hub, torqued, and lubricated the unit to factory specifications.
The interior is in good condition for its age.
The cushions are supple with no stains, tears, or odors.
There is a 10" seam separation on the rear deck cushion.
The boat comes with many extras: extra ski ropes, a pull-behind tube, a lily pad behind the boat, and additional life vests.
