Mid 1960's Cherokee 17' aluminum boat with 40 hp Evinrude Big Twin. Last year the boat received a new floor, new carpet, new seats, and paint. It looks great. Also last year, the outboard was given a new impeller, points, condensers, and carb was cleaned. Cylinders tested at 100+ psi with a dry start. New gear oil as of this spring. I started the outboard in June in a tub of water, I then tried running it the beginning of July and couldn't get it to start. It does turn over. I'm selling it as non-running but with all the work I had done on it last year, I'm sure it wouldn't take much to get going. I have a CDI electronic part that goes with it, which may fix any issues, but I've been too tied up at work to install it. Boat comes with 2 gas tanks (one tank needs a new hose), boat cover, battery and trailer. Trailer is in good shape. Boat tags expired March of 2016 so when you register the boat under your name you'll need to grab new ones. I have two boat restorations/builds underway which need to be painted so I need the extra room in my garage. I'll add more pictures. Boat is in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
