This is an exceptional example of a 1954 Chris Craft kit boat. I purchased this boat from a friend of mines father who purchased it from the original owner in 1973. The motor is a 1957 Johnson 30 horse tiller with console steering controls. The carb has been cleaned and is ready to fire. Both cylinders carry excellent compression. This boat was last registered with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources in 1981. The original Johnson fuel tank is clean and dry. The boat retains all of the original panels and displays no rot or damage. It has been stored inside it's whole life. This is an excellent restoration candidate or give it a fresh coat of paint and put it in service. The wheel bearings on the trailer were repacked recently. Included with the purchase are all of the items pictured. This little wood boat will pull a skier with no problem or make the perfect little cocktail cruiser. Please look at the photos and give me a call with any questions. Darren 515.202.7162

Buyers of antiques know that the character of old furniture is often exhibited in the unique way it shows its age. We try to fully describe each piece in an attempt to let you know exactly what you will be receiving. To further clarify each item, we include detailed and close-up photos that frequently exaggerate wear and tear in a way that is not representative of how the item will appear under typical casual observation in your home or office. Close-up photos often cause the finish color to appear lighter or surface imperfections to appear larger or more severe than when the item is viewed directly. The primary image is most often the best representation of color and overall appearance. We carefully select each item for quality and value with our customer in mind. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to email or call 856 287 9502.
