I will be sad to see this boat go as it has been part of my family for 17 years. Overall it is in great shape for its age. It has 1024 well cared for hours. It has always been professionally maintained by a local shop. This boat has everything needed to get out on the water! If you are familiar with the 2001 models, then you know that they are known for the great wakes they produce for wakeboarding, even without ballast, or you can add weight for a monster wake! The PCM 351 Motor runs well (we installed electronic ignition a couple years ago). Recent upgrades include a new AM/FM/HD radio with inputs for ipod (4 speaker system) and new carpet. Included are a wakeboard pylon with board racks, a teaching/ barefoot boom and a waterline cover that was re-stitched last season. It currently has a 3 blade Acme CNC prop installed, but also includes an OJ 4 blade and additional spare 3 blade prop. Buyer must arrange shipping/ pick up. This boat is listed locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells.

Check out www sunsportmarineinc com for HD photos of this boat. I have shippers going to both coasts at discounted rates right now. Call for details. This 2-owner boat is in excellent condition. The gelcoat is scratch free, the carpeting is in excellent condition and the floors are rock solid. The vinyl upholstery is rip and tear free and is still soft and supple. The 351 Ford 5.8 ProBoss PCM Engine only has 550 hours and runs exceptional. You could look for a LONG time and not find a Nautique in this condition. If you have been looking for one you know these boats have depreciated down to this price, even with up 1000 hours. Here is your chance to get one in excellent condition with half the hours that will still be worth 10,000 when your ready to move on. Correct Craft has long been what could be considered the standard by which all other tournament ski boats are judged, and its 196 model is perhaps the best example of an old-school, closed-bow three-event boat. For starters it leaves behind flat, buttery soft wakes that are easy to knife through on a ski edge, but also creates little spray, which becomes important at shorter line lengths and when trying to see your way through a slalom course. Performance: It’s an easy, non-jarring ride that makes the hours in the driver’s seat less tiresome. There is a big following for these ski boats. Many ski schools still utilize these hulls for training. Wake: Some consider the “bubble back” Ski Nautique the best overall tournament ski boat ever designed. Kristi Overton set a world slalom record behind one in the model’s first year that has only recently been matched. Competitive skiers will salivate over the wake improvements, while skiers wanting the finest in engineering, quality and craftsmanship should give the boat serious consideration.

Check out www sunsportmarineinc com for HD photos of this boat. 2005 Correct Craft Ski Nautique 226 Limited Edition w/ only 290 hours. Here is your chance to get a great boat for $100,000 less than a new one! The largest in its fleet, the Air Nautique 226 is the inboard of all inboards. The factory-installed ballast system has the capacity to hold a ludicrous 900 pounds of added weight to create a monstrous sick wake thats perfect for long-line free riding. There is no question as to why pro riders love this boat. Even when the Nautique 226 is at its full capacity with passengers, gear, and ballast, it still has the same impressive smooth pull, responsiveness, and out-of-the-hole power as the Ski Nautique 196. Whether youre kicking back in the fully-stocked open-bow or catching insane air, one thing is for sure, everyone on the Air Nautique 226 is along for the ride. Plenty of room for the whole family with 12 person 2,000lb capacity. Great looking, the red gelcoat still shines like new. There is not a scratch in it! The interior is as clean as it looks with soft and supple vinyl seating that is rip, nick and tear free. The limited editions come loaded from the factory and in addition to all the factory options this boat has a monster tower with wake board racks and toneau/bimini combo, the bow and cockpit canvas are like brand new. Comes with the pictured custom tandem axle trailer with matching spare tire, disk brakes and folding tongue. http://www nautique com/documents/boatmanuals/2005/210_216_226.pdf https://www youtube com/watch?v=EbVjo0qTFhs Here is a review from wake boarding magazine: We've often thought of Correct Craft boats as sports cars for the water, with their nimble designs and exceptional handling. The Nautique 226 Limited departs from that mold, stretching to the longest centerline, 221¼2 feet, and widest beam, 961¼2 inches, of any Nautique. That pushes it more toward an SUV in terms of interior space -- and attracts the eye of buyers shopping for stern-drive runabouts. As the Nautique 226 shoots over the water with quick acceleration, solid tracking and a smooth ride through chop, up to 12 people can stretch out in it. Four passengers fit in the cushy open bow, while more can lounge on the two separate benches in the center of the boat. When it's time to ski or wakeboard or tube, getting to the swim platform is super easy with the transom walk-through. And everywhere, storage is big, from the cavern under the flip-up observer's seat to the deep trunk to the 100-quart double cooler. Yet the Nautique 226 isn't so oversized that it has lost the sports-car feeling. WAKEBOARDING There is a lot of potential here with the Nautique 226's wakeboarding wakes. The hull sculpts excellent characteristics and loading up the boat with family and friends can provide ballast. Families trying out wakeboarding while cruising the lake will have a good time, but more serious riders will need the tower and other wakeboarding amenities of the Team package. LOWDOWN • Correct Craft's biggest boat beefs up the onboard space while staying true to a traditional Nautique's great handling. • Walk-through transom makes for easy access to the swim platform. • Grab rails are everywhere, even on the transom to pull yourself onto the boat. • Cockpit seating is deep, and the open bow seats four. • Limited package includes keyless ignition, digital dash and more. A beautiful, reliable, vintage boat that is a great recreational boat. If you have never driven a mid-engine boat you have not experienced the superb handling a boat can offer. It's like being on rails in the water. I have owned this boat for 11 years. Believe me, it pains me to sell it but we wanted to go to a larger size. For a forty year old boat it is in excellent shape. It has just over 500 hours on it. It has a Chevrolet 350 cu. in. engine. Most of these boats you see will have a Ford 351. That makes this boat a little more unique. We have used it a lot over the years. The carpet was replaced 6 years ago and the engine was gone through with new gaskets 5 years ago. Nearly all wiring was replaced at that time to keep things in good working order. It has an am/fm stereo with a CD player. The upholstery is all original. There are a few tears and things, but not on the surfaces but on the sides. They have been there since I purchased the boat and I honestly believe they have not gotten any worse. It has an Eagle fish and depth finder that I added 4 years ago. Having a depth finder has been great with this direct drive boat. Nearly every weekend we take it out we hear a positive comment about the boat. It is a classic boat that is in great shape, sounds great on the water, and is competitive with many newer boats in regard to performance in towing at a fraction of the price. You will not be let down. Keywords: Correct Craft Ski Nautique, Mastercraft, Malibu, Ski Centurion, Supra
