1985 Sabre 32 Aft Cabin

1982 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer
This 270 Sundancer is an extremely popular boat with family size accommodations and a comfortable ride. She's built on a solid fiberglass deep-V hull with a relatively wide beam and a raised foredeck. With her mid cabin layout, she will sleep six comfortably. A compact galley and a roomy stand-up head with shower add to her features. The cockpit is arranged with an elevated helm seat, in deck storage, transom door, and bench seating at the transom. A bow pulpit and a swim platform with ladder are included. This Sea Ray is excellent. There is also a spare engine and the outdrives were replaced in 2005.
1988 C&C 30 MKII
The C&C 30 has enjoyed a wonderful history as a performance cruiser and racer. She has large interior for such a boat, boasting a nice sized v-berth and main salon. Lots of rich wood adorn her interior which makes for a warm, friendly environment. Comfortable settees and lots of light make this a very capable weekender. 1985 Catalina Sloop
The "Kelen E" is a 1985 Catalina 30' sailing vessel that has been well maintained by her 3 owners and the boatyard. Her exterior brightwork was refinished this year. She has been comfortably sailed in CT, NY, RI & Mass. waters. She is the perfect cruiser for a weekend or an extended vacation and you will feel at home whether at anchor, at the dock or under sail.
This Catalina has forward V-berth, aft quarter berth, dinette converts to double berth and starboard settee will allow up to 7 max. Large cockpit will also seat up to 7. Dodger, wheel steering, 140% Genoa 2004, Full Batten Mainsail 2004. Below is a carefully planned and amazingly spacious interior for a 30' boat. There are berths for seven, including the unique large aft double berth. Forward is a comfortable double cabin, with shelves and a large overhead hatch. Just aft is a generously proportioned head area with molded in shower pan. The aft galley has a top loading ice box and large double sink. The navagation station is like those found on much larger yachts, providing storage for charts and navagation equipment.
Storage space aboard this Catalina 30' is abundant and well planned. All shelves in both cabins have teak sea rails to keep things in place. Forward, opposite the head, is a generous hanging locker and chest of drawers. Beneath all seats and berths are easily accessible compartments for larger gear and supplies.
1986 Tartan 40
The Tartan 40 has a well arranged traditional layout. Forward is a double V-Berth, with shelves outboard and removable filler/seat. Aft to port is the head with separate shower area. Across from the head is a bureau/hanging locker. The mainsalon is roomy with table which resides on the centerline aft of the mast. It accomodates 5-6 comfortably. Port and starboard above the settees are built in storage lockers. The galley is aft to port with double sinks and plenty of counters and lockers. Further aft of the galley is the aft facing nav station. Across from the galley is a spacious aft double quarter cabin with a large bureau/hanging locker, drawers, a dressing seat and nice double bunk. The Tartan 40 has a natural feel below and she still brings rave reviews from visitors.
1969 Bristol 29
This Bristol 29' is located here in Groton, CT. and can be easily shown by appointment. Designed by Halsey Herreshoff this older Bristol has very attractive traditional lines. She is priced to sell and does need some TLC.

1998 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42
This Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42' is located here at our facility in Noank, CT. and can be easily shown by appointment. The French built Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42 is a sloop rig, fin keel, spade rudder and keel stepped mast. Standard engine is diesel. Her interior offers teak and holly sole, teak bulkheads, doors and trim throughout. Two interior layouts available including twin double guest rooms aft, galley either port or starboard midships with dinette opposite and owners stateroom forward with private head.

1977 Allied Seawind 2 Ketch
The Seawind Ketch is a well known blue water boat designed by the naval architect Thomas Gilmore, gaining notoriety as the first fiberglass design sailboat to circumnavigate the globe. Her construction is solid, hand laid glass and glass foam-cored deck. The original brochure described her as "a real, he-man, sea-going, superbly-designed, painstakingly-crafted, traditional yacht - with all that the name implies in comfort, performance, styling, safety, convenience and durability.
This Seawind Ketch is in Excellent Condition and was repowered with a New Westerbeke diesel in 2014.
