I have owned this boat since 2004 on lake Harris in a covered dock. It has a hour meter fitted and has just reached 80 hours since new. The boat has been fully serviced by Mount Dora Boating Center and runs great. The full camper canvas was stored and is included, along with a snap on cover. The cabin and kitchen has never been used overnight by me, so I am replacing it with a bowrider. This boat is loaded with dock electrical hook up and charger for the two batteries, air-conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, electric/alcohol stove, toilet, shower, front and aft sleeping cabins, spotlight, Clarion radio/DVD with 4 speakers, compass, anchor, rope locker, transom shower, ladder, hot water heater, Lowrance depth finder, and GPS. The marine radio hookup is there but existing radio is as-is. A $5K total major service and detail has just been done including new trim sender, steering actuator, drive unit service, new plugs, etc. A $1500 detail is nearly finished to make this boat shine inside and out. The compressions of the Volvo Penta were checked between 120 and 125 psi - good. Oil and filter changes have been overdone, using the correct Volvo parts. The trailer was not purchased with the boat, but I could deliver the boat to a Florida waterway. There is the possibility of a trailer if needed under a separate negotiation. This is a great boat with only 80 hours use. It is actually fun to drive, but has all the amenities for cruising.
