This spacious flybridge is in good condition with no splits seams, stains or tears in any of the upholstery. Below deck there are zero smells of mildew, mold or head treatment. It has been kept well maintained and clean. It has been used each year since purchase in 2001 but little used in recent years, only cruising the local bay and near Coastal waterways. Located on Cape Cod in MA, there is seating for 6 to 8 on the flybridge forward of the helm along with a wet bar. Access the boat from the large swim platform through the gated transom onto a large cockpit. Six stairs to both port and starboard bring you up to the flybridge with commanding views and a helm with a great line of sight. Bring the whole gang up with you. The seating both behind, to starboard and forward of the helm is upholstered without any UV damage or split seams, clearly not original. The helm area is shaded by the Sunbrella bimini in good condition.
