2009 Culham Custom Sailing Yacht  "ASIA" gives you the strength of a steel hull with an aluminum super structure. Accommodations for up to 10 guest with 5 staterooms each with their own private head and shower. Her custom designed interior is done in Burmese Teak. Besides being powered by a single 260 hp Gardner, ASIA also comes with two generators, inverter, bow thruster and a total of 90,000 BTU air conditioning system. The hull built by CULHAM ENGINEERING of New Zealand which was founded in 1958 is no stranger to the marine industry. CULHAM who also does work for Ship Repair NZ and Shipco 360 is better know for its work in building patrol and military vessel. "ASIA offers the new owner the opportunity of sailing her anywhere in the world for his or her personal pleasure. She is also uniquely set up as an already well proven  vessel for chartering with her five double staterooms and commodious crew quarters. 2009 Culham Custom Sailing Yacht Your writer has watched the development of this vessel from almost inception starting with as she was built and throughout her extraordinary charter seasons both winter and summer. The owner – skipper is a superb seaman very ably assisted by his extremely able wife – mate. I have sailed aboard ASIA and found her to be a superb cruising vessel. Her charter seasons will continue during the selling period.
