2017 CUSTOM CAROLINA Guthrie Rare opportunity to own a true Carolina Custom built by Mr. Terry Guthrie. All frames are made of Juniper with 3/4 Okume plywood sandwiched on either side epoxied and screwed. The keel 7" wide by 9" deep and the stem is of 5 1/2" wide by 10" deep, all laminated with no square joints. All Juniper with frames 20" on center. She is already equipped with 1100 gallons of fuel. Price as listed will be more complete than pictures convey. That will include Okume plywood over top of the Juniper planks, bridge complete, and all fiberglassed, ready for fairing/ paint. Boat can be ready for paint prep in 3 months. You also have the option to take the boat as is for 175,000. Mr. Guthrie has been building ocean-going battlewagons that are extremely economical for over 57 years that vary from simple charter boats to yacht standards. This particular boat was set up for C-18 Cats, but could house the common rail Manns or even C-32's with some minor adjustment.
