2012 Com-Pac Horizon Cat, 2012 Com-Pac Horizon Cat 20' for sale by owner. A beautiful, classic cat-rigged sailboat, perfect as a daysailor or pocket cruiser, with 12hp inboard diesel engine. The hull and deck are white with black bottom paint, Capt. Navy sailcover, teak cabin door, accents and cockpit grate. These features and upgrades included: Magic Tilt trailer, tandem axle, spare tire (no brakes); Westerbeke 12 hp, 2 cylinder, fresh water cooled, inboard diesel, model 12D2; marine battery with 2nd backup battery and 12 amp on-board dual marine battery charger; electric, automatic bilge pump; bimini top; teak cockpit grate; bulkhead mount compass; fabric cushions in cabin and privacy curtain; transom boarding ladder; 12v outlet; Dometic portable toilet; Hawkeye in-dash digital depth sounder with glued-in transducer; Stovemate portable gas range; and more. The engine has 84 hours on it and is in great shape. The exterior is in very good condition, as is the bottom paint. The teak was redone in 2014 and needs some touch up. The boot stripes have faded and could use replacing. The interior is in excellent condition. The trailer has working lights, some rust, and does not have brakes; it has been professionally maintained - new springs, lights and winch strap this year. I have all maintenance records, original equipment manuals, and original sales brochure (see photos). This has been a great boat to solo sail. Tacking is effortless.
