The master is a full width aft stateroom with large closets, private head w/shower and a laundry closet large enough for a stacked washer/drier. The Master features a sliding door to a small private veranda.
The upper deck features a party deck complete with wet bar, dining table w/6 chairs, a set of lounge chairs and deck chairs. There is also a crane for lifting a kayak or paddle board to the upper deck for storage.
Living The Dream is a true houseboat without power.
At asking price, the owner will contribute $15,000 toward powering if the new owner desires so.
