21' Duckworth SilverwingThis boat and tandem trailer are essentially a NEW boat and NEW tandem trailer!.Don't let this one get away, because it is in like new condition due to $20,000 documentable dollars I have spent on it in the past year.1. This boat sits on a NEW EZ Load tandem trailer that has only been used one week in each of the years 2014, 2015, 2016.2. The boat has a COMPLETE, NEW engine. The "long block" engine was purchased from S&J engines in Seattle. Everything on the engine was replaced with either new or rebuilt parts.3. I installed a NEW 9.8 Tohatsu kicker motor that is installed on a NEW spring loaded mounting bracket. The motor is controlled completely from a captain's chair mounted in the bow. This includes steering. I did this to enable me to sit in the bow ten hours a day and steer the boat and control the motor while floating down the Yukon River.4. The Hamilton jet is a 770 Series jet, that I have not done anything to except to clean it. It has otherwise worked flawlessly. It needs a stomp grate if your intention is to use it in a debris laden river (like the Yukon). 5. In 2016, I installed a 741 GPS Map Garmin with fuel flow monitor, 7" screen, and many extras. Including extra features I added, shipping and labor, I have approximately $3,000.00 in the Garmin.6. In 2016, I installed an overhead gear rack that you can take off in 10 min. by removing 8 bolts. I used it to put bags of light stuff on instead of tripping over them all day in the boat. It works great!7. In 2015,I installed a 1000 watt invertor and a 10-plug plug strip. They too work flawlessly. 8. The boat has 4 NEW batteries with all NEW wiring and switches.9. Since I've owned the boat, it has been stored inside, in climatized storage.10. The boat hull, itself, is in like new condition (see photos).Ladies and Gentlemen, Without originally intending to, I have created a NEW boat on a NEW trailer. Similarly equipped new Duckworths are approx. $80-$100k. You can have this boat, which is arguably just as good as a new one, for approximately a third of that price.The boat can be seen by appointment in Soldotna, AK, at the storage facility. A test drive can be arranged as part of a purchase contract. Viewing the boat can be arranged at any time during normal business hours. I live in Austin, Texas and my thing is going down the Yukon River by myself. This boat has brought me from Whitehorse to Circle, Alaska. I love the boat but have put a deposit down on a shallower draft, new, 4 foot bigger boat with twin outboards and many extra features.
