Up for sale or trade is an exceptionally well built 2016 Emerald Bay Custom patio boat. This vessel was custom built for another party but financing fell through at the end of the build and it is available now to the public. She is built of .125 5052 aluminum, pontoons, joist, railing, railing panels, rub rail, transom and all other construction. This boat is rust proof completely. It is built of heavy aluminum as opposed to the beer can type pontoons on other patio boats. She has 2 @ 25' aluminum pontoons built in separate 5' sealed sections with inspection ports. The tips are built up with 1/4" aluminum for added beaching protection. There is also a complete composite protection along the rub rail for added protection from dents and dings. The deck is lifetime marine ply coated with rubberized and slip proof coating. The pontoons are coated wit epoxy paint simply for added protection. The boat sports a new 90 HP Honda 4 stroke engine, controls and cables. She has an aluminum railing and solid canopy at 77" tall. She is powered by an elaborate solar system including 4 deep cycle 6v batteries and a dedicated 12v high cranking start battery. The electronics include a complete charging system, 2000watt inverter hooked to 120v ac outlets thruout. She has 12v lighting system and is complete with a solid canopy. She has 3 gates, open front deck and an open 2' rear deck. The helm is the center of the vessel with all new HD9 Chart plotter and GPS wit a 9" color screen. The engine is a 90 HP Honda 4 stroke complete with all Honda rigging. The trailer is custom built tandem axle trailer made specifically for the easy loading of this boat. This boat is complete and ready to go like she is or can be customized further to accommodate a new owner.
