The bottom paint was done in 2018, with new zincs. No osmosis or electrolysis or blisters was seen during visual inspection. She completed the Eastern Leg of the Great Loop before being placed on the hard. She will be ready to go after a recommissioning. Per the Seller: All gear and systems are in working order. Stock #298819 Living on the water in style, roomy & spacious. Ready to sail or live aboard!! This is a classic 1977 Endeavour 37 (plan-A) sloop. Her classic lines and beautiful wood make her one not to pass up. She has been on the hard for 5 years. This boat had always been in fresh water and was stored inside during the winter prior to 2017, at which time she was sailed down the eastern track of the Great Loop. She is complete with extra sails, generator, heater, and many extras, even the dodger has an enclosure. The cockpit is aft and she is rigged for single-handed sailing. There is storage under all the benches and a folding table in front of the helm. All instruments are easily accessible and readable. The B&G Vulcan 5-inch Sailing Chart plotter is easy to use and is suitable for every sailor, featuring dedicated sailing features such as Sail Steer, Lay lines, Forward Scan and instrument displays. She also has radar and autopilot. As you go below, next to the companionway stairs on the starboard side is the chart table with more navigation instruments. The Plan-A has a very distinctive layout with a convertible salon in the forepeak, and two queen-size port and starboard aft cabins. She was equipped with a full electric head with a hot shower and mid-ship she has a full galley with a stove, oven, and a fridge/freezer box. This Cat has great space for it's size and is extremely economical to operate. Let the fun begin as most Cats are out of reach (price wise) for most. Vessel had new standing rigging installed Summer 2018. The vessel sits very shallow in the water at 2'10" and with a beam of only 14'4" will fit into most Marina slips. There are two keels that will touch bottom before the hull and allow entrance to shallow area's that most sailboats would not try. The economical 15 hp. Honda outboard can be worked on anywhere in the world should something go wrong with the motor. Also, once the motor gets old, just put a new one on without breaking the bank.
