The owner says the boat has not been used in the entire Covid period.
The hatch has been replaced with plywood. The engine has not been started in 2 years. It has not been sailed in at least that long.
There is a battery but it has not been charged in over 2 years so it has to be considered dead.
The seller does not know the condition of the sails and is not a sailor. He purchased the boat to stay on when he is in San Diego. He lives out of state.
