Privacy curtains separate the fore and aft sleeping areas from the main salon. The galley offers abundant storage and counter space, enhanced by faux granite countertops and cherry cabinets. 2000 Rinker 340 Fiesta Vee
The Rinker 340 Fiesta Vee is a midsize family cruiser whose crisp styling, roomy interior and attractive price make her a popular choice for budget-minded boaters. Built on a beamy semi-V hull, the Fiesta Vees original midcabin floorplan was arranged a little different from the norm in that the galley refrigerator is forward, under the double berth. Significantly, Rinker updated the boat for 2000 (when she became the 340 Fiesta Vee) with a lowered floor in the salon and new, taller, foredeck tooling that increased cabin headroom and overall living space.
