The seller is the third owner, and they've purchased another boat. As of 3/30/24 the boat is out of the water and the bellows are being replaced, along with new zinc, and fresh bottom paint. The oil and impellers will be changed in a few weeks as well. The boat has been in fresh water only for the past 12 years. Prior to that it was in brackish water. The seller reports no known issues with the exception of the bow thruster - it has been inoperable for the past few years. The generator, canvas, isinglass enclosure, SeaDek, memory foam mattress and bottom paint have all been installed recently. A small handful of the hinges of some on the cabin cabinets need to be replaced or tightened. Small tear on cockpit lounge seat (in photos).
