We at Top O' The Line Motors in Pompano Beach, Florida are proud to present AN OPPORTUNITY TO OWN this excellent 1998 Formula 27PC Up for sale is my personal boat. This is a 1998 Formula 27PC. It is in excellent condition, and has been meticulously maintained. This boat is powered by twin MerCruiser 5.7 LX motors with just 694 hours on them I am the original owner, and it has been serviced at the same local marina from the time I bought it new. In fact, it just had a complete service / checkup about 2 months ago. Maintenance records are available. The upholstery was redone about a year ago, and the canvas top and covers are about 2 years old. Please look at all of the pictures, and read through my description. It is kept out of the water on lifts when not in use. As mentioned, the canvas top and covers are just about 2 years old, and in excellent condition. (the cover goes all the way back and snaps on at the stern) The upholstery was replaced about a year ago. Plenty of seating on board, with room for up to 7 adults. There is a table that mounts in the back of the boat (included, but not shown here) There is a shower and separate sink by the gate to the swim platform, which also has a retractable ladder. There also hookup for shore water and electric. When external power is hooked up, the cabin has air conditioning. The cabin has a small galley with sink, and a U-shaped dinette that sleeps 4. The dinette converts into a double berth by removing the table and adding some cushions in its place. There head has a toilet, sink and shower. There is another bed at the rear of the cabin. The twin MerCruiser 5.7 LX motors have always been properly maintained. (serviced last just 2 months ago). They have 694 hours on them and run great. Note: the hatch to the engine compartment is power-operated. Please be sure to scroll down and read our terms of sale before you bid.
