She is a fully Equipped cabin Cruiser with Kohler Generator, Shorepower, Air conditioning. Mid-cabin layout with lots of room for a 27 footer. The foredeck is accessible through the walk-thu windshield. Equipped with an anchor windlass, GPS Chartplotter, VHF Radio, radar arch, bimini top, removable table in the cockpit which supports the filler cushion. Cockpit wetbar, Stereo. Trim Tabs. The cabin can sleep four and includes a standup head with Vacuflush toilet system, Full galley, mid cabin berth. There is an electrically activated in-deck hatch which provids access to the engine compartment. This boat has been lift stored out of the water. The hull is clean and has no bottom paint.
