This 2002 35 foot Fountain Lightning was basically a One Owner, fresh water boat house kept boat all her life. It was hoisted out of the water after each ride. The boat truly has been kept in great condition thanks to the boat house. Aside from the minimal contact with public docks she looks amazing! I have all the original paperwork and owner manuals.Factory upgrades include the twin 500 EFI's for the tune of $15,374.00. The Colbalt blue checkered flag fading paint job for $9,500.00. Custom CMI mufflers with captains choice. You need to hear this beast run it is crazy! That was a $1,050.00 upgrade. Blue dash/chrome throttles-$540.00, colored bezels on dash and white steering wheel-$1,088.00. Embroidery seat backs were $547.00 and the upgraded engine hatch embroidery was 1,468.00. It has deck graphics package for $586.00 and a added depth gauge at $345.00.The carpets are a nice rich blue and look new. The seats are all in great shape with power drop front seats. Below is spacious including a very large head Vacu-flush system with pump-out. It has a fridge and sink, large V berth bed, twin facing couches and many storage compartments. The large single hatch lifts and locks allowing fresh air and sunlight to fill the cabin.As mentioned I just upgraded the sound system to a very nice Alpine system including a wireless remote that is waterproof. You can be playing in the water anchored and control the system. The reason Lightnings are my favorite Fountain are the nice windshield wrapped with a metal trim. When seated and under way you can carry a conversation or hear the music very clearly. I like that it has an area to step over and walk the entire length of the bow. Some Fountains you need to climb over the windshield. It has a built-in front anchor closet at the very front. That is huge if you are a sandbar goer like myself! And the swim platform has a built -in ladder, also very nice as compared to some of the ladders that clip in once you arrive and need to be stored on the boat.I have seem many Fountains and in my opinion the Lightning is one of the best! 35 feet is a perfect length and coupled with the upgraded Mercury Racing 500 EFI's make this boat one incredible package.The house on the water has been sold, the boat house is gone. Like the song says, nothing ever lasts forever! This boat needs a new home and someone to take car of it like I have. Please contact me with any questions.
