2003 Four Winns 190 Horizon Items that need to be addressed:- Upholstery needs to be replaced- Carb needs to be rebuilt- Gimbel bellows need replacing- Horn needs replacing- Trim gauge and sender needs replacing- Pulleys rusted causing belts to fray, need sanding and powder coating- Radio needs replacing- Impeller housing needs replacing as well as new impeller- Trailer tires need replacing- Winch strap needs replacing- Bow roller needs replacing- Brakes on trailer malfunctioning- Wheel bearings need to be addressed- Outdrive needs to be sanded and repainted.This boat with all issues fixed would retail for over $17,000, this is an absolute dream boat for someone who is willing to put in a little effort to get it back to where it needs to be.Compression was GREAT on this motor with all cylinders putting out 190-195 PSI
