Known issues with the boat are a crack in the front windshield. Part of the master bedroom ceiling has had the upholstery taken down. There is a crack in the dinghy davit that would need to get welded. The AC is not working and the upper spreader is damaged and would need to be replaced. Some of the other windows, especially in the front are pretty well fogged up also. It would also need a thorough cleaning and waxing.
No screecher. The stateroom ceiling got soaked from open hatch and was partially taken down.

The boat has a new windlass with a remote. Excellent ground tackle including a good spare anchor. The boat had the bottom painted this past year so it is in good condition.
