1982 Gibson 50' Classic, 1982 Gibson Classic - mechanically sound turn-key houseboat with renovated interior.INTERIOR:- All carpet removed & replaced with a floating faux hardwood floor (can get wet and not be damaged from water). - Original walls recovered with new white bead board panels.- Brand new custom black out drapes.- Original windows were removed, reinforced with metal flashing tape & resealed before reinstalling.- New refrigerator 2013.- Inverter system by Magnum installed Spring 2014 (2800w/12VDCTrue Sine Wave)- Purchased new upgrade gauges switches for interior helm. Current gauges work but new owner will have the option to replace if desired. (Also have cherry paneling and carbon fiber panels to complete both interior and flybridge helms at some point.)- Purchased new depth gauge for the fly bridge (wires & transponder already run) just needs to be mounted.- New depth gauge on main helm.- New heads - 1/2 bath (2015) & main bath (2012)- New poly waste tank and lines.- New poly water tank and line.- New Coleman AC roof unit in galley/salon area. POWER:- Twin Crusader Model 350 (454 small block) engines with new impeller, spark wires, and plugs. Also converted both engines to electronic ignition system so that you no longer have to replace points.- Replaced exhaust hoses in 2016.- V-drive transmission is smooth as silk for both engines.- Original Kohler 7.5 kw Generator. (Replaced original fuel pump with electronic fuel pump in 2014)HULL AND OUTSIDE:- - New front Enclosure for front deck area 2014. -New black bottom anti-fouling paint 2014.- Starboard side engine removed & stringers replaced in 2013. Also small area of fiberglass around the engine compartment & front hold entry way refinished due to some slight weathering.- Boat will need some new Navy Imron paint in the next couple of years and possibly all topside surfaces gone over and new protective covering using a Pitthane paint, etc.- Working powered windlass anchor system.- Original metal grate swim deck covered with a poly surface that doesn't mold or mildew.- Replaced original metal drop down ladder with stainless steel tuck away ladder. -(2) Custom paddle board racks for storing boards or kayak on each side of boat.- Blue Led lights under swim deck for night swimming.This boat is turn key and needs some minor finish work to complete trim and paint inside.
