Sold lake house at Rough River Kentucky and will make great offer for boat; Until this year the carpet was absolutely fine, but recently has had water retained in areas under the seat causing mildew buildup when covered. Boat cleans up very nicely, but carpet needs work, possibly replacement. Could possibly be deep cleaned. Getting water issue resolved while in storage this fall. No tears in upholstery at all and hull in great condition. Motor is great too. Low retail for this boat (which is needs a lot of work) is $10,000 with average retail at $12,000. Trying to move and recognizing carpet needs work. Selling for $8,000 or best offer. It comes with a front fishing seat and a very nice trolling motor that is removable (added last year by dealer). No Trailer.
