MUST SELL. PRICE REDUCED TO ROCK BOTTOM, BELOW VALUE1995 Grady White Islander for sale. In the water and ready to test. Take it for a ride, take a look at it in person. .Repowered in 2006 with a 4 stroke Mercury/ Yamaha Saltwater series engine, 225 HP (Made by Yamaha)The engine is perfect. Starts and runs like new, because it almost IS new. Very few hours, used a few times a season for an hour or two. There is no hour meter on the engine, however there is probably between 100 and 150 hours on the motor, maybe less. The Hull and Deck are in Excellent Condition. NO delamination, No Swells, Bubbles or Soft Spots, No Damage. This is a Solid, Clean Boat! This boat is in excellent mechanical condition and Very Good to Excellent condition overall. It has the improved SeaV2 hull design by Grady, that improves performance and ride.Power trim tabs can compensate for heavy cargo or load on one side, or to bring the craft on plane quicker.Hydraulic steering is standard as are numerous other features not mentioned here.Has 2 covers. One is a bimini type with clear side curtains and clear extended front windshield allows you to stand normally while protected. The other is a full cockpit enclosure that protects the seating area when not in use, for those that like some sun when they're piloting. Boat comes with depth finder, anchor, all safety equipment, lines, and ready to go.This boat has a freshwater system with automatic pressure pump, a fresh water transom shower, stand up shower in the head, and for the 2 sinks. The private head features a hand pumped built in head with macerator and pump-out, and a stand up shower with the sink faucet on a hose.Galley features a fresh water faucet, cutting board and ac/dc refrigerator. There are a few minor (cosmetic) items that you may want to repair, but they do not affect the running or performance of the boat. Hull & Deck are perfect. They are:-Small vent window (port side) is missing on side of cockpit. It can be made using the starboard side window as a template. It's exactly the same.-Anchor pulpit has gelcoat chipped away on the surface. The core of the pulpit is strong, it looks bad but can be repaired or replaced easily. -Some chips on the lids a couple of storage compartments. This can be easily repaired by a fiberglass repair person. The Last Picture shows the Bow Pulpit with wear & tear damage of the gel coat. It looks like chips or cracks. This is a cosmetic issue now only affecting the gel coat, but should be addressed. That's the only thing wrong and the only place it is present. The lids have some wear and tear only on the lids. The deck and hull are perfect. No soft areas, chips, damage or warping. This boat is in excellent condition. It's been professionally serviced by Mercury mechanics and stored covered in the winter out of the water.Motor - There is a new (last season) lower unit on the engine. Corrosion issues with this make/ year engine are NOT a problem in this motor Some of the updates include:Hydraulic steering was rebuilt this past fall. Reupholstered in and out three years ago and in excellent condition.New macerator on hand pumped head two years ago. (Head barely used and clean)2006 Mercury (Yamaha) engine was installed along with new controls and gauges, prior to 2007 season. New Lower Unit 2014New main circuit breaker at dual battery switch.New gas tank sending unit, 1 yr ago. (gas tank is at least 150 gallons, holds more than specifications state). Integrity test and visual inspection 2012New radio antenna last year.New Compass, 2 yrs agoBatteries are about 4 years old and in excellent shape This boat has been meticulously cared for and I am proud to say I addressed everything that could potentially interfere with my own pleasure on this craft. And yours should you be the next owner. Ask any questions about the boat and you will get an honest answer. Clean Title, ready for immediate sale!Buy it today, use it tomorrow! In the water, ready to test. Docked at a local full service marina. You can take it away with your trailer or get onboard and drive it where you want.

1995 Grady White Islander for sale. In the water and ready to test. PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO SELL FAST.Repowered in 2006 with a 4 stroke Mercury Saltwater series engine, 225 HP This boat is in excellent mechanical condition and Very Good to Excellent condition overall. One is a bimini type with clear side curtains and clear extended front windshield allows you to stand normally while protected. The other is a full cockpit enclosure that protects the entire rear open area when not in use. It can be made using the starboard side window, as a template. It's exactly the same.-Anchor guide on pulpit is bent on one side. It can be straightened, I haven't gotten around to it.-Side windows in cabin are crazed. They are intact, not cracked, just translucent due to many small internal cracks or something. It may be for privacy?-Some chips from the fiberglass on the hinged covers of two storage compartments, And some larger fiberglass chunks from the bow pulpit. This can be repaired by a fiberglass repair person. DELAMINATION-The Last Picture shows the Bow Pulpit with some delamination of the fiberglass gel coat. It looks like chips or cracks. This is a cosmetic issue now only affecting the gel coat, but should be addressed. Otherwise seeping water will eventually damage the integrity of the core wood. It should be repaired at the end of this season or early next. It is shown as an example of delamination which is present to a much less degree on some of the hatch covers and on almost ALL used boats. There is NO delamination on the deck or other permanent surface areas. It's a cosmetic issue on this boat. The cause is probably due to slamming of the covers year after year. Mechanically, nothing is wrong and everything is right with this great boat. It's been professionally serviced by Mercury mechanics and stored covered in the winter out of the water. Some of the updates include:Hydraulic steering was rebuilt this past fall. Reupholstered in and out three years ago and in excellent condition.New macerator on hand pumped head two years ago. (gas tank is at least 150 gallons, holds more than specifications state)New radio antenna last year.New Compass, 2 yrs agoBatteries are about 4 years old and in excellent shapeThe lower port side carburetor was replaced with a new one this season. The butterfly was sticking open. I decided to install a new one rather than repair the existing one. Less problems. I BELIEVE IN FULL DISCLOSURE. A buyer is entitled to know the full history of any boat purchased. This boat has been meticulously cared for and I am proud to say I addressed everything that could potentially interfere with my own pleasure on this craft. And yours should you be the next owner. Clean Title, ready for immediate sale!Buy it today, use it tomorrow! In the water, ready to test. Docked at a local full service marina.
