The owner of this Grady-White 272 Sailfish states the boat is in very good condition for the year. The boat has been lift kept ( no bottom painted needed ) and the current owner has owned the boat since 2012. There is no hour meter, but he estimates the engine hours to be around 500. Recent updates to the boat include engine service, compression for all 12 cylinders are less than 5% difference, the owner confirms. Plugs, filters, lower unit gear oil have been serviced in the last three months. Throttle cables have also been replaced. Batteries (3) are less than 3 years old. Boat is in very good condition, well maintained, with no hull or rail damage, Two stroke engine is in excellent condition and starts easy and runs well. Hours on engine estimated to be about 430. Includes automatic oil feed, Seastar hydraulic steering system, trim tabs on stern, new trim/tilt on motor, dual batteries and switch, water separator, spare propeller, teak swim platforms, portable potty and 6 trolling rod holders. Canvas covers helm area. 88 gallon aluminum gas tank cleaned and gas filtered 5 years ago and engine has been run on non ethanol gas since that time. Cushions inside and out in good condition.
