This boat, much like the style of the 2017 Greenline 48 Hybrid has a flexible interior, excellent visibility, high levels of ambient light and room to move around with comfort. The Greenline 48 Solar has a grey hull with 6 solar panels and an extra battery pack, bow thruster, windlass with remote, 110V charger-inverter, cherry PVC furniture with second bunk cabin, TV, A/C, electric swim platform, mast, search light, navigation pack with autopilot and remote-control and more.
The solar roof array keeps the batteries fully charged and provides additional energy for the boats electric drive system. No-cost and emission-free sailing is possible at low speed where the amount of energy harvested from the sun and the systems energy consumption are equal, making the Greenline Hybrid a solar sailboat.
