1940 Hacker-craft Sport Utility! This vessel has 18 coats of varnish, original wood plank bottom and there is no rot anywhere on the vessel. The engine is an updated M7 engine from 1947. It has been updated with a 12 volt electronic ignition. The engine runs great. No smoke or noise. She flies across the lake, at 3200 RPM! The boat is in the water now and not leaking. It is equipped with 2 operational bilge pumps, one is automatic. The boat comes with the trailer. This boat has been in family since 1959. It spent most of its years on Mullet Lake in Northern Michigan. My grandfather owned this boat since bought in 1950's. His grandson, (my brother) owns it currently.
