1987 Harbor Master 47 ft. Houseboat This boat has been well maintained and is in very good condition. It has always been in fresh water. Power is provided by twin 270 HP Crusader engines with V-Drives and a Kohler 7.5KW generator. The boat is equipped with two 15,000 BTU Duo-Therm air conditioning /heating units. There are also two built in electric wall heaters. The 14 ft. beam provides a large living area including the salon furnished with a leather sofa with built in recliners, galley with a custom dining area, queen master bedroom, cuddy with two full size beds and a head equipped with a bathtub shower combination. The fly bridge has a full canvas and Isinglass enclosure. There are two bimini tops one for the fly-bridge and one for the sun-bridge. The galley is equipped with a three burner stove and oven, full size microwave over the stove and full size refrigerator/freezer. New carpeting was installed in 2016. Custom draperies are included.
