2003 Fountain 42 Lightning Heres a chance to purchase one of the quickest, safest, turn key, and best handling fountains ever made. This is the Lightning Series with the Big Step race hull and Staggered engine configuration. At sea level (Havasu) with 32 Five Blades this boat hit 92-95 mph with only a pair of 575 sci engines. This boat has XR Drives to harness the power. This boat is loaded with options right from fountain that include, Vacu-Flush head with holding tank, 7k Gen with Heat/AC, Freshwater tanks with water heater, carbon fiber style vinyl with embroidery, red carpet in cockpit, silent choice exhaust, short race windshield, and a Taod Custom Paint Job (35K+). Aftermarket includes a huge custom stereo, anchor-chain-rope, life jackets, buoys, and tie down ropes. A 40 Ft Triple axle aluminum trailer with seven new tires is also included. The wood bunks on the trailer are also new with fresh carpet. This boat stays dry in bilge. Boat is kept inside when not in use never been stored outside. Boat shows 400 hrs. We have shown photos to best describe this boat even a few small flaws. Looking to move up to a 47 might consider trades. Heres what was done on boat prior to my purchase by So Cal Marine (Chuck) 1. Top end rebuilds on both engines at 300hrs superchargers inspected and serviced. 2. Drives serviced and inspected at 330hrs. Heres whats been done on the boat since (9-1-2016) : 1- New couplers on both engines. 2- New intake manifold gasket drivers side (due to small leak) 3- New Lower Case on drive and all new gears, shafts, bearings, XR (passenger drive) 4- New Batteries ALL 3 Interstate 5- New Hubs in props 6- 2 New Mild Lab 32 4 Blades Bravo 1 Stainless props for higher altitude 7- Full drive service and inspection oil change both drives. 8- Oil Change both engines. 9- Both PCMs Programmed by Arizona Speed & Marine 10-21-16 Heres Whats been done on trailer since 09=01-2016 1. 2008 Lightning 25x,2008 Lightning mid cuddy open bow. 496 Mag HO 425 HP Mercury Bravo drive. Has new four blade stainless Bravo 20 pitch prop.Just had the water pump impeller and housing replaced. Just had full service also.Beautiful multi colored hull with white upholstery. Orange bimini top and purple full storage cover.Runs great. Good for skiing, knee boarding, and tubes. Have only run on southern Utah lakes. Stereo with single CD head unit that will play from your iPhone or iPod also. Fire extinguisher.
