1996 Holiday Mansion Barracuda 39 Houseboat has typical wear and tear for its age.
At this time, one of the outdrives is stuck in gear and will need attention. On a recent inspection, one engine started, but the belts broke, and the other engine wouldn't operate due to a bad starter. The bottom will most likely need to be painted.
The owner is not living aboard but has quite a few personal furnishings that are not included in the sale.
